We all can relate to having a strange neighbor. However, these neighbors in Madagascar were up to no good. Neighbors started to smell a horrible smell coming from the home across the street. The smell was putrid. They didn’t know what else to do other than to call the police. When police go to the house, they immediately smell what the neighbors are complaining about and become concerned. This could be a rotting animal, a rotting human, a dead body, etc. They had no idea what they were about to walk into. Let’s just say they’ve nicknamed this place the Madagascar Tortoise House.
