After waiting too wish for her correct order, a restless lady finally lost her temper and tossed the food at a McDonald’s cashier. The fast-food supervisor declined to let it go, deciding rather to totally shatter the female’s face.

Having been provided the incorrect food, she parked her vehicle and headed inside to correct the situation. Anyone who’s ordered from a fast-food facility understands the disappointment of waiting for your meal only to get the wrong order. Naturally, the majority of people do not resort to physical violence when they have an unfavorable experience at one of these dining establishments.

“I wished to get some Delighted Meals and some cheeseburgers and that was an extremely unhappy day for me,” Rate described.
Cost angrily demanded a refund prior to picking up each of the Happy Meals and chucking them at the supervisor. After the upset mama tossed the food at employees backing up the counter, the manager tossed a big plastic mixer at the Cost, sending her flying back to the floor.
Brittany Price was entrusted a shattered cheekbone and damaged nose after the event and was forced to undergo surgery to fix the damage to her face. Nevertheless, she insists that her reaction was called for and blames the manager for provoking her.
“It resembles, you’re directly disregarding me, so what option do I have? I do not need to endure this,” she stated. “So, I went and got the food, I desire my money back which’s kind of where all of it goes from there.”
Price hired an attorney and filed a civil lawsuit versus McDonald’s. A spokesperson for the dining establishment described that they were investigating the incident and examining security video footage to identify what would occur with the supervisor.
“The security of our customers and workers is of utmost value to us. We are looking into this matter and will take the suitable actions as soon as our examination is total,” the representative said.

After evaluating the video footage, police have determined that they do not intend on charging the supervisor, according to WLWT. Price confirmed that she will go ahead with the lawsuit in hopes of settlement.
“I mean, I absolutely do not seem like there would have been a different outcome,” Price said. “I seem like even if we would have simply went verbal back and forth that it still would’ve intensified to something else.”
Cost has revealed no regret for her response to bad service at the fast-food restaurant. She believes that a violent response was entirely essential to not receiving the ideal order and having to await the right Happy Meals.
