Coronavirus: schools could re-open in phases

He didn’t give a date, but the Education Secretary Gavin Williamson says that when the time is right, schools across England would reopen in a "phased" way.

Mr Williamson said he had asked the government’s scientific advisory group (SAGE) to report on which children should return first – taking into account the effect of coronavirus on children, and whether black and ethnic minority school staff may be at higher risk.
