We all love to unwind after a hard day and play our favorite games on PC or a console, diving into the virtual world. Some people prefer to get some thrill playing horror games instead of racing or RPGs. It is not surprising – often, ominous levels and creepy characters hide many exciting secrets and mysteries. A good example of such a game is the famous Five Nights at Freddy’s. If this is the first time you hear about this game, we’ll give you a short summary: the player has to spend 5 nights in a pizzeria as a security guard, who is pursued by enraged animatronics. These are weird mechanisms that mimic human movements but look like unnaturally friendly animals.
You could often see them in theme parks and children’s cafes throughout America, but over time, maintaining robots became too expensive. Animatronics look creepy in real life, but in the game, these little robotic animals are truly terrifying. Perhaps that is why Five Nights at Freddy’s has become a cult game loved by millions of gamers around the world. Fans’ favorite hobby is creating costumes of the game’s scariest characters. Some of them look like someone decided to put human souls into cold-blooded machines. Group cosplays look especially epic: the fans unleash their creativity, recreating entire scenes from the game plot. If so many animatronics gathered in one place during the game, the main character would definitely have a hard time. However, the security guard of the pizzeria himself does not mind taking pictures together with terrifying animatronics. Of course, not all transformations look so cool – after all, no one said that a gamer must be a professional costume maker. These guys definitely tried their best, but it seems they did not fully understand what a "frightening look" really means. At least they took the trouble to create a full-fledged image of animatronics, but true fans don’t need any costumes – this cosplay can hardly be called scary, but it is also worth mentioning.
